Registration terms
1- Age and level required
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. If you are not 18 years old at time of registration, the contract needs to be signed by a parent or guardian.
French language's level required to take a French language holidays including French lessons, excursions and recreational activities under the guidance of French teacher is A2.
2- Accessibility
Naturellement Français is settled in an old house with narrow stairs. Therefore, the school is unfortunately not adapted to person with a reduced mobility.
3- Registration
To register, send me by email the advance registration form or a request in the contact form stating the exact date of arrival and the chosen program.
Naturellement Français will quickly respond with course availability and confirmation of price for your language study vacation.
Then, send me your deposit along with your course preference to confirm your registration.
4- Terms of payment (deposit and balance)
A 30% deposit by a bank transfer or by a cheque drawn on a French bank is required on acceptance of the quote within 7 days of booking.
If deposit is not received in due time, I cannot assure the availability of the courses requested.
Your registration is definitive when I receive the deposit. Then, the contract is deemed to be concluded.
The balance is due by a bank transfer or by a cheque drawn on a French bank at least 7 days before the beginning of the courses, or by cash on the first day of class.
Bank fees bound to your payment is your responsibility.
5- Cancelation and refund
Deposit is non refundable.
If Naturellement Français has to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or can be used as a credit for a future language study vacation.
In the event of your absence, no refund will be granted.
6- Organization, public holidays and schedules
Before your arrival
I will communicate with you to determine your request. An online written and oral evaluation (email and call exchanges), based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages standards, is given. Then, a program is created and adapted to your needs, your pace of learning and your focus.
The program is created to answer to yours and your group’s needs. The choice of workshops and discoveries are determined in agreement between all the participants.
During your language study vacation
Schedules indicated in the "courses" tab can be different according to the organization of the program. Rest assured that the quantity of hours remains the same.
Weather not permitting, outdoor activities can become workshops.
All public holidays will be worked except for December 25th and January 1st. Both of these holidays will not be taken over.
We can start the program as soon as you arrive at school on Monday morning.
During your stay, you get advice and strategies to improve your level and reach your goals.
At the end of your language study vacation
You will receive a certificate specifying the level achieved in each skill, the length of your stay and the program chosen. You will receive useful advice to complete your learning independently and to maintain your level.
7- The number of participants
The number of participants is limited to 3 people.
8- Passports, visas and insurance
According to your nationality, you may need a visa for your stay in France. Before starting a registration and payment procedure, please contact the competent authorities to know more about all the conditions for getting a visa. It is your responsibility to provide the required documents. You have to be in regular status on French territory to take the course.
Insurance coverage is recommended for the length of you stay. Naturellement Français will in no way be held responsible for damages caused and/or incurred by the participant.
Schengen short-stay visa
Who needs the Schengen short-stay visa?
All students who are not citizens of an EU, Schengen or EEA member state or from Switzerland are subject to visa regulations.
Check if you need to apply for a Schengen short-stay visa on France-visas.
Conditions relating to your linguistic stay?
You wish to take a short French language class in our school for a linguistic and cultural stay which do not exceed 90 days.
Where do you have to apply ?
Submit your visa application at the French Embassy or Consulates of the country where you live.
Requirements for visa applications
Your passport must be valid and its validity must be 3 months longer than the expiry date of the validity of your short-stay visa.
In assembling your application, documents such as proof of your livelihood, repatriation guarantees, insurance, accommodation conditions ... may be required.
The consulat will ask you an official letter of acceptance.
To accompany you in your steps, after receiving the payment of the deposit on our bank account, the school will send you by post the original of your enrolment letter.
Naturellement Français can not guarantee you obtaining your visa. If your visa application is refused, no refund is possible. This deposit is considered a non-refundable administrative fee. The reimbursement of the accommodation will be made according to the conditions of the service provider.
If the date of obtaining the visa is delayed compared to the date envisaged, it is possible to postpone exceptionally the courses according to our availabilities and under presentation of justifying documents.
Long-stay visa
The long-stay visa concerns foreign students who wish to prepare a degree in France and who are accepted in a French university for a duration for up to 3 months.
Naturellement Français do not offer this kind of linguistic stay. We will not be able to assist you in your steps for a long-stay visa.
9- Right to publish
Naturellement Français reserves the right to take and use pictures or videos of the participants for promotional purposes (brochure, publication on the website...) except if otherwise mentioned during registration.
10- Accommodation registration terms
For homestay or furnished accommodation, Naturellement Français will put you in contact with the host family or the landlord. They will later give you their account number and will ask for a 30% deposit to register. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is due the day you arrive.
Other types of accommodation close to school may be available upon request. You may then get in touch with the manager of the accommodation for booking and payment. Their prices on our website are for information purposes only and should be confirmed with the manager at time of booking.
